It’s fall in Florida and while it’s not quite sweater weather yet, we can all sure use some pumpkin-flavored fun to get us all in the mood for this sweet season. The Second Annual Boca Raton Pumpkin Patch Festival is taking over Mizner Park Amphitheater, 590 Plaza Real in Boca Raton, Saturday Oct. 6 and Sunday Oct. 7. The festival opens at 10 a.m. each day and runs until 6 p.m. Admission to the festival costs $20 per person and includes carnival rides for all paid attendees. General admission is for ages 2 and up. Stroll through a pumpkin patch, unleash your inner Picasso with your little ones in a pumpkin decorating tent, get lost in a cornstalk maze, pose for fall pics that are all super Instagram-worthy, play in a scarecrow village and for all the fellow pumpkin heads out there, there’s a pumpkin food court and plenty of pumpkin beer bars to indulge in. Tickets are available right at the gate so you don’t have stress about purchasing tickets in advance, especially if you’re a last minute kind of family like we are! Check out Bocapumpkinpatch.com for details. If you would like a chance to win a set of 4 tickets to attend the festival Sunday Oct. 7, email joaniekarencox@yahoo.com today. The random drawing we are having will take place later today and we will email our winner the tickets. Please put “Boca Raton Pumpkin Patch Festival” in the subject line. Thank you for reading and good luck!
